Audax Group

Founded in 2000, Audax Renovables is a vertically integrated Spanish energy group that generates 100% renewable energy and supplies electricity and gas to customers in seven European countries. Currently, it has a portfolio of wind and photovoltaic farms in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Poland and Panama in operation, under construction and in various stages of development, amounting to 955 MW. In its commercial activity, the group chaired by José Elías Navarro supplies renewable energy and gas to more than 363,000 customers in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Hungary, and leads the SME segment in Spain. Audax began trading on the Spanish secondary market in 2003, and in 2007 it made the leap to the continuous market, where it became part of the IBEX SMALL CAP ® index in March 2020.

Leader in the SME segment

We are the leading energy group in the SME segment in Spain, guaranteeing an efficient supply of marketed energy through a process of vertical integration with the renewable generation activity, with a solid financial position, and prepared to lead the energy transition in the European market.

Total portfolio

The Group manages a total portfolio of generation projects of 955 MW of which wind farms are in operation in Spain, France and Poland and wind farms in Panama. The portfolio of photovoltaic projects in different stages of development are located in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
