Audax, an energy group present in nine countries, has repurchased and redeemed bonds totaling \u20ac359.2 million. The transaction allows it to significantly reduce maturities scheduled for 2027 and 2028 and to move forward in optimizing its financial structure.<\/p><p>The transaction is part of Audax\u2019s active financial debt management strategy and gives continuity to the refinancing announced by the company on May 20, after it successfully completed the pricing process for a \u20ac350 million issuance of senior bonds, maturing in 2031, in the international HY market. It also represents a new step in optimizing its capital structure and financial maturity calendar.<\/p><p>The transaction includes a repurchase and subsequent redemption of both senior bonds and green notes. On the one hand, Audax has repurchased \u20ac294.1 million in senior bonds, maturing in December 2027, bearing annual fixed interest of 4.2%. On the other hand, the company has repurchased \u20ac2.5 million in green bonds maturing in July 2028 with a 5.8% coupon, as well as another \u20ac62.6 million in green bonds maturing in November 2028 with a 5.85% coupon. As part of this transaction, the company has fully redeemed its bond treasury stock.<\/p><p>This bond repurchase was completed at 100% of their nominal value, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to the settlement date. Following execution of the transaction and acquisition of the securities, these have been redeemed.<\/p><p>The transaction allows Audax to increase its financial flexibility to move forward in the execution of its 2026-2030 strategic plan. It will also help the Group to maintain its net financial debt\/EBITDA ratio below 3.0x, in line with its publicly announced commitment.<\/p><p>Banca March and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE acted as dealer managers, whilst Banco Inversis acted as settlement agent.
