The clean energy produced will be evacuated through a 20kV transmission line with a total length of 7,151 meters, connecting the photovoltaic plant to the existing distribution network.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The project represents an<strong> investment of 17 million euros.<\/strong> Audax has already secured financing for the construction through a deal with the European Investment Bank (EIB). The financing is structured on a non-recourse basis, in line with previous generation projects within the Audax Renovables portfolio.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Marc Farriol, Managing Director of Power Generation at Audax Renovables, stated: <em>\u201cThis new photovoltaic plant in Navalmoral de la Mata (Spain) reinforces our commitment to the energy transition and strengthens our sustainable growth strategy based on our own renewable energy generation. At Audax, we work to promote a more efficient, competitive, and environmentally friendly energy model, actively contributing to the decarbonization of the electricity mix in Spain and Europe.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In addition to the Navalmoral de la Mata plant<strong>, Audax Renovables is also starting construction of the new Madro\u00f1o photovoltaic plant in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), Spain, with an installed capacity of 5.5 MWp<\/strong> and connection to the existing distribution grid.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Vertical integration, Energy generation and supply \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><p>Audax Renovables continues to lead the renewable energy sector with a significant project portfolio in Spain, France, Poland, Italy, Portugal, and Panama.<\/p><p>The energy group currently manages a 100% renewable generation portfolio of 1,037 MW, consisting of wind and solar assets, with 267 MW in operation, 84 MW under construction and scheduled to come online in 2025, and 686 MW under development. The group supplies 15.5 TWh of energy annually (10.6 TWh electricity and 4.9 TWh gas).
