1. The share capital of the parent company is represented by 453.430.779 shares, with a nominal unit value of 0.10 euros, which have been fully subscribed and paid up. All shares enjoy identical political and economic rights.
2. All the shares of Audax Renovables are admitted to official listing on the continuous market of the Spanish stock market.

Regarding the double‑voting‑rights loyalty share regime, approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 16 June 2022 through the creation of a new Article 14 bis of the Articles of Association, the status of the Shareholders Register as of 2025/12/31 is as follows:
