Audax Renovables, S.A. (ADX.MC) invited financial analysts, institutional investors and representatives of the energy sector to its upcoming Capital Markets Day, which took place on 20^th of November 2025 at Espacio Telefónica in Madrid.

During the event, Audax Renovables’ management unveiled the main axes of the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, aimed at consolidating the company’s sustainable growth and strengthening its position as a key player in Europe’s energy transition.

The meeting provided a platform to present Audax’s long-term vision, financial and operational objectives, as well as the strategic priorities guiding international expansion, management of generation assets, and the strengthening of the company’s credit profile.

The “Capital Markets Day” brought together national and international institutional investors, financial institutions, and rating agencies, offering a transparent view of the Group’s current performance and future prospects.
