Audax Renovables appoints Anabel López as a new member of the Audit Committee and the appointments and remuneration Committee

The incorporation of the new female Directors demonstrates the Group’s firm commitment to best practices in corporate governance.

Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), the energy group that integrates the businesses of generation and supplying of 100% renewable electricity and gas, after the reconfiguration of its Board of Directors last March, incorporating to women into its highest governing body, has taken a further step in matters of corporate governance, approving the incorporation of the proprietary director Ms. Anabel López Porta as a new member of the Audit Committee and the Appointments and Remuneration Committee for the next four years.

The incorporation of female talent is in line with best practice in corporate governance and is reflected in the new structure and composition of the Board of Directors.

As a result, the composition of the delegated committees of the Company is as follows:
