28 FEBRUARY 2023. Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), a vertically integrated Spanish energy group that generates 100% renewable energy and supplies electricity and gas to customers in seven countries, has been added to MSCI World Small Cap Index, a global benchmark index representing small-cap stocks in 23 developed economies. The index comprises more than 4,000 listed companies, covering approximately 14% of each country’s free-float-adjusted market capitalisation.

The objective of the index, which is reviewed quarterly and is based on the MSCI Global Investment indices, is to provide broad coverage of the most relevant investment opportunities, with a particular focus on liquidity.

For José Elías, Chairman of the Audax Group, “this inclusion in a world benchmark index such as MSCI is a real endorsement of the management of the entire Audax team, which has been able to find profitable, long-term business solutions for its clients and shareholders at a time when the market situation has made it difficult.”

The company’s inclusion in this index will become effective as of today, 28 February.
