Audax joins the telecommunications sector by signing an agreement with MasOrange

  • Audax is positioning itself as a pioneering independent operator in Spain, with an integrated energy and telecommunications package.
  • Through this strategic alliance, Audax will market mobile, fibre and landline telephony services.
  • With this agreement, Audax is moving forward with its 2026-2030 Strategic Plan.

Badalona, 7 April 2026. Audax, an energy group operating in nine countries, has signed a strategic alliance with MasOrange, the leading operator by number of customers, to market mobile, fibre and landline services in Spain.

Backed by MasOrange’s robust infrastructure and network, Audax has become Spain’s first independent energy supplier to offer a package combining electricity supply with energy services and telecommunications.

With this partnership, Audax aims to provide its customers with an integrated package of essential services, enabling them to achieve greater savings, comfort and easier utility management. As such, customers who sign up for energy and telecommunications services with Audax will benefit from a direct monthly discount on their bill.

MasOrange’s networks combine high-capacity fibre and 5G mobile technology, making them one of Spain’s most advanced connectivity infrastructures. This technological base will enable Audax to offer high-speed connectivity and reliable telecommunications services to its customers.

A significant step forward in its 2026-2030 Strategic Plan

With this milestone, Audax is moving towards becoming a multi-service digital company and is expanding its customer-focused product ecosystem, in line with the objectives set out in its 2026-2030 Strategic Plan.

As part of this roadmap, and as previously announced in November 2025, the company aims to reach 19,000 fibre customers and 30,000 mobile lines by 2030 once it rolls out its new model in Spain and Italy. The telecommunications business unit is part of a broader diversification strategy, alongside other energy and digital services.

Óscar Santos, General Manager of Audax Group, highlights: “Our decision to enter the telecommunications sector seeks to offer tailored and high-value-added solutions to Audax’s loyal customers. Furthermore, partnering with MasOrange gives us the opportunity to work with a leading connectivity partner”.
