Spin-off of AUDAX RENOVABLES, S.A. (the spun-off company) in favour of Audax Portugal, S.L.U. (the beneficiary company)
On 30 June 2026, the board of directors of Audax resolved to draw up a spin-off plan in favour of a newly created beneficiary company wholly owned by Audax, which will be incorporated under the company name Audax Portugal, S.L.U.
